Completely new to the industry! Our trainee 宮田さや, the ultimate little-sister type, has enrolled in our training academy! She's an adorable shy girl who looks away mid-conversation when you make eye contact. Her small frame seems like it could be lifted, but surprisingly she's 156cm tall – quite a bit taller than she appears! This is likely because of her slender build. She's an honest, bright, and innocent girl, so please speak to her gently. I'm sure she will respond warmly to your kindness. Despite being shy, she does have a tendency to stand a bit close when doing things, which makes you want to gently pat her head. (Interviewer's note) This girl, who has maxed out her "little-sister" stats, doesn't yet understand much about adult matters! Learning accumulates through gradual steps, practice, and application. Please do not rush—teach her slowly and carefully. When she remembers what her big brother taught her and applies it when the moment comes, saying "Thank you, big brother"—this is the classic flow we're aiming for. We ask that you provide lessons she will remember and be able to apply when it truly matters!
